Use these Sleep tips to increase the quality of your sleep.
Keep your bedroom cool, dark, and quiet—and remove all distracting and stressful items like cell phones or TV’s.
Establish a Routine
Go to bed and wake up at the same time each day. Discover what relaxes you and perform each night–hot tea, warm bath, meditation, or aromatherapy.
Participating in certain habits shortly before sleep can disrupt your sleep pattern–heavy exercise, alcohol, nicotine, heavy meals, and caffeine are all examples.
Use Quality Bedding
Using high quality mattresses and pillows will ensure restful sleep. Look for products that are hypoallergenic to reduce allergens, allowing for a more healthy sleep. Replace your mattress at least every 8 years or as soon as it is no longer comfortable.
