We are committed to your satisfaction. We provide limited warranties on our products to protect you and your purchase. If you have questions or would like an additional copy of your product’s warranty please contact us. The warranty only extends to the original purchaser. The following information is required to obtain service under the warranty.

If you believe your Glideaway product is defective, please contact the retailer from which you purchased your item. If you have moved or the store has closed, please report the claim directly to Glideaway headquarters.
